Can you think of a message, sermon, keynote speech, or performance that deeply impacted you? That was an example of excellent communication. For most of us, excellent communication is the kind of thing that “we know when we see it.” For those of us that are communicators, however, defining excellent communication is an important step on the journey of becoming effective.
