Start the New Year Right: Take 90 Minutes to Reflect Before You Plan

As leaders, we often rush into the new year with fresh goals and high ambitions. But what if, in our haste, we’re leaving behind valuable lessons, unresolved growth, or the clarity we need to move forward?

Wise leaders don’t just plan forward—they reflect backward.
